Large adjustable vents provide maximum air flow control in hot or cold weather, while the stylish and modern hydro-dipped KARBN pattern polymer film on the PC/ABS composite construction ensures durability.

These Class C hard hats meet the latest ANSI Z89.1-2014 (R2019) and CSA Z94.1-15 (R2020) safety standards, and also comply with the EN397:2012+A1:2012 clauses for lateral deformation and molten metal splash protection. They have been front, back, and side impact tested to exceed OSHA requirements, meeting the EN12492:2012-4.2.1.2, 4.2.1.3, and 4.2.1.4 clauses.

The patent-pending accessory mounts on the front and back of the helmets ensure that Klein Headlamps and other accessories can be attached securely and precisely, without the need for straps or zip ties. The unique suspension system features a flexible open frame design to provide an optimal fit and improved air circulation.

Comfort is a priority, with a breathable, padded, sweat-wicking machine-washable sweatband and top pad that incorporate advanced evaporative technology. This allows users to simply wet and shake the helmet for hours of cooling. The easy, one-handed adjustment with a large knob ratchet mechanism can be operated even while wearing gloves, and the soft neck pad pivots to clear bandana knots and ponytails.

The 6-point suspension system, along with a detachable chin strap, provides improved stability and a secure fit when tilting your head. The helmets are available in a variety of configurations, including vented and non-vented, full brim and headlamp models, to suit different job site requirements.
