These decals are crafted from high-intensity reflective material, offering significantly more reflectivity than standard reflective options. The DAX Hard Hat is a full-brim, fiber-reinforced resin hard hat with a 6-point suspension system, delivering superior comfort and impact protection. It features an innovative synthetic leather comfort dome and an oversized ratcheting fitment dial, making adjustments easy, even while wearing gloves.

Each DAX hard hat fiber shell is hand-laid, giving it a unique, one-of-a-kind appearance. The fiber-reinforced hard hat weighs an average of 415 grams without the suspension system and 475-566 grams with the suspension.

The hard hat's lifespan may vary depending on the work site conditions. Hard hats subjected to more wear and tear or used outdoors in direct sunlight may need to be replaced more frequently. Daily inspections are the best way to determine when to replace the hard hat shell, suspension, or the entire unit.

The DAX FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) hard hat shell offers superior impact protection. The perforated Clarino synthetic leather comfort dome with molded EVA foam padding provides additional shock-absorbing protection to the top of the head. The moisture-wicking foam-backed microfiber liner helps reduce sweat buildup.

The DAX hard hat's six-point suspension system, oversized ratcheting fitment dial, and brim grip offer outstanding protection in hot and dangerous industries. The hard hat shell has been tested to withstand radiant heat loads producing temperatures up to, but not exceeding, 350°F (177°C).

The REFLECTIVE DECAL is a microprismatic vinyl sticker that increases the visibility of workers. The self-adhesive back with a peel-off liner allows for easy application, and the decals are specifically designed for the DAX hard hats.
