The DAX Hard Hat is a fiber-reinforced resin hard hat with a full brim, offering a 6-point suspension system for superior comfort and impact protection. Featuring an innovative synthetic leather comfort dome and an oversized ratcheting fitment dial, the hat makes adjustment easy even while wearing gloves. The Fiber Reinforced Hardhat weighs an average of 415 grams without the suspension system and 475-566 grams with it, meeting ANSI Z89.1-2014 requirements for Type 1 Class G.

Designed to offer outstanding protection in hot and dangerous industries, the DAX Hard Hat shell has been tested to radiant heat loads producing temperatures up to, but not exceeding, 350°F (177°C). The Carbon Fiber-reinforced resin shell provides superior structural rigidity, and the brim grip, exclusive design, offers a secure feel.

The perforated synthetic leather comfort dome features a molded EVA foam insert for additional shock-absorbing protection to the top of the head. The oversized ratcheting fitment dial allows for easy size adjustment, even with gloves on. The 6-point suspension system ensures a secure and comfortable fit, while the triple-reinforced crown provides superior impact protection.
